Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received them (unworn or unused)

  • Have all original tags and packaging

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase (for in-store purchases)

How to Start a Return
Contact us at info@losvaqueroswesternwear.com to begin the return process. Including photos of the item will help us approve your return more quickly.

Return Methods

  1. Self-ship: Use any standard carrier such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  2. Return Label: We can provide a prepaid return label; the cost will be deducted from your refund if accepted.

Important: Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Black Friday / Cyber Monday Returns & Exchanges

For items purchased with special discounts (e.g., Buy One Get One 50% Off or Buy Two Get One Free):

  • Discounts will be recalculated if items are returned.

  • Example:

    • Buy two items: one $60, second $50 → pay $60 + $25 = $85

    • If you return the first item ($60), the second item price reverts to $50

    • Refund issued: $85 − $50 = $35

This applies to all promotional offers. Refunds will reflect adjusted pricing.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Hats (straw, felt, snapbacks)

  • Accessories (jewelry, perfumes, socks, headbands, beanies, belts)

  • Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases)

  • Sale items and gift cards

Felt & Straw Hats:

  • Customized hats are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Exceptions: Hats that are open, flat, or pre-shaped by the manufacturer.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, it’s fastest to return your current item and place a new order for the desired item once the return is accepted.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason.

  • Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you if your refund is approved

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days

  • Bank or credit card processing may take additional time

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact info@losvaqueroswesternwear.com.
