In-Store Pickup
We offer free in-store pickup for all orders.

Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on orders of $250.00 or more within the continental United States.

Shipping Rates

  • $0.01 – $35.00: $5.00

  • $35.01 – $250.00: $9.99

Hats (Felt & Straw)
Felt and straw hats priced under $250.00 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout via UPS Ground due to packaging requirements.

Shipping Carriers
We ship all orders via USPS and UPS, depending on the most efficient delivery method.

Free Shipping Method
Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent using one of the following services:
USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, or UPS Ground Saver.

Expedited Shipping
Faster shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.

Processing Times

  • Standard orders: Processed within 1–2 business days

  • Hats: Require 2–6 business days for processing prior to shipment

Shipping Schedule
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
Orders placed after business hours on Friday, or over the weekend, will be processed on the next business day (Monday).
