The crown is finished with a 2-ply cord hat band and branding iron hat pin bearing the initials “JBS”, a nod to our founder, John B. Stetson, whose pioneering legacy lives on in every hat we sell.     Hats not requiring customization will be processed and shipped as usual (2–4 business days). Orders that do require customization will begin processing on the week of Tuesday July 28th.

    Processing Time

    Hat orders may take 4 to 8 business days to process before shipping.

    Customization Verification

    If your hat includes customization, we’ll attempt to contact you via text message to verify your order before shipping.
    If we do not receive a response, we will proceed with the customization as originally requested.
    If the hat customization options are left open or blank, we will try to contact you by text message to verify your preferences before shipping. If we do not receive a response, we will assume that no customization is needed and will ship the hat as ordered.
