Customized hat orders placed on or after Friday July 10th are on hold until Tuesday July 28th.
Hats not requiring customization will be processed and shipped as usual (2–4 business days). Orders that do require customization will begin processing on the week of Tuesday July 28th.

If we do not receive a response, we will assume that no customization is needed and will ship the hat as ordered.
